A pre-paid contract lasts for 6 months or the maximum number of products, whichever comes first.

Product information should be provided as an attachment in MS Word or Text format including images (or links to the images) when you open your new Support Ticket. This will depend on each shopping cart. We will track the number of products paid for and provide you with an updated balance when your ticket is completed.

One hour of technical support each month - for programming, custom work, text/image updates, etc. Support does not all have to be used in one update. Billed in 5 minute increments. Please note, the 3-month price below is per month and billed in 3-month increments.
